Ken Follett has signed on for three new novels, including a sequel to his million-selling "The Pillars of Earth."
Known for his thrillers and epic historical tales, Follett has an agreement with the Berkeley/NAL Publishing Group division of Penguin Group (USA). The division's president, Leslie Gelbman, announced the deal Wednesday.
Follett's other best-sellers include "Eye of the Needle" and "The Third Twin." The conclusion of his "Century" trilogy, "Edge of Eternity," will be out in September. Novels by Follett, a 64-year-old native of Wales, have sold more than 100 million copies worldwide.
