A complete set of first-edition Harry Potter books, including an extremely rare first edition of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, were sold at auction in Scotland on Wednesday, local paper The Scotsman reports.

The complete set of books fetched 11,250 pounds (about $19,000) at Lyon & Turnbull in Edinburgh, the city where Rowling wrote most of the series. The real treasure of the collection was the original Philosopher's Stone copy, as there were only 500 copies published. The auction copy included a card signed by J.K. Rowling.

Original editions of the Potter books have gone for incredibly high prices at auctions before. In 2013, a copy of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone with handwritten notes and drawings by Rowling sold for 150,000 pounds ($227,421) at a charity auction in London.

Philosopher's Stone was published as Harry Potter and the Sorceror's Stone for U.S. audiences.
