Holiday Secrets - A Drabble

It was Christmas morning. "Merry Christmas" I said to my husband as I kissed him. "Merry Christmas" he wished me back. Our dog Nino was up and was running around. Nino was excited, just like a kid. My husband and I laughed about that. It was like Nino knew that there may be a gift under the tree for him. Well of course my husband brought him some treats and bones so we let Nino them. When we were done opening all our gifts, Nino was still very excited for no reason. He was not hungry, etc. We noticed one small present left. "Who's is that?" I asked. The tag said "To Nino, From Santa" and was two of his favorite toys. Neither my husband or I brought them.
