Review of "100 Strokes of the Brush Before Bed" by Melissa Panarello

I at first thought I did not read the summary accurately when I read it before purchasing through Amazon. But, I did.

This was a very disappointing book. It is hailed as some great erotic story of lost and found love.I found I just was barely getting through it. I understand, I get what we were supposed to think of Melissa. But, I always believe, on some level, you should have feeling for a character, evil or good, crazy or sane, etc. I did not care about what happened to Melissa. I think she thought she went on a big journey when all that happened is, she had some experimental sex, like most teens. And love? I am not even going to get into her feelings on it and the person she finally decided to love.

I am sad that I lost time reading this when I could have been reading something else. I was just so hoping it would get better. That Melissa would realize certain things and as far as I am concerned, she did not.

Save yourself the time. Read another book.
