2/24: B+F Tour in Seattle, WA

The latest stop in cartoonist Gregory Benton's 'B+F Road Trip 2014' will be at the Fantagraphics Bookstore & Gallery in Seattle, Washington on Monday, February 24th from 6-8 p.m. B+F (AdHouse Books), for which Benton was awarded a MoCCA Award of Excellence, uses no words to tell the story of a women and her steed-sized dog in an enchanted forest filled with peril. 2/26: James Robinson Signing in San Francisco, CA

British comics writer James Robinson (Starman, Earth 2) will be signing copies of his latest titles on Wednesday, February 26th from 5-7 p.m. at Comic Outpost in San Francisco, California. Robinson, who's worked for publishers including DC Comics, Marvel, and Dark Horse, is the new writer on Marvel's All-New Invaders (with artist Steve Pugh) and brand new Fantastic Four (with artist Leonard Kirk), as well as his supernatural creator-owned series, The Saviors (with artist J-Bone, Image). 2/26: Gail Simone Signing and Q&A in Portland, OR

Fan-favorite writer Gail Simone (Red Sonja, Batgirl) will be celebrating the release of Tomb Raider #1 (Dark Horse), with a signing and Q&A on Wednesday, February 26th from 7-10 p.m. at Things From Another World in Portland, Oregon. Simone is one of the industry's most sought after writers whose work includes runs on titles such as Wonder Woman, Birds of Prey, Secret Six, and more. Tomb Raider, based on the popular video game franchise, follows the exploits of artifact-chasing Lara Croft and is a direct continuation of the 2013's Tomb Raider video game. 2/27: Kevin Huizenga Reading and Discussion in Bryn Mawr, PA

Join cartoonist Kevin Huizenga, author of critically-acclaimed works including Gloriana (Drawn & Quarterly) and Amazing Facts and Beyond! (with Dan Zettwoch, Uncivilized Books), for "In Plain Sight: Reading Pictures," a reading and discussion sponsored by the Mellon Creative Residencies Program on Thursday February 27th from 4-6 p.m. in the Quita Woodward Room in the Thomas Hall at Bryn Mawr College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. Huizenga will be reading a selection of his works, and will discuss his work and career with Assistant Professor of East Asian Studies Shiamin Kwa. Refreshments will be served.
