DC Entertainment’s list of serialized superhero comics will now be available for sale on Google Play along with digital editions of DC and Vertigo original graphic novels and collected editions.
Fans can now got to Google Play get their monthly (or weekly) fix of iconic DC Entertainment superheroes such as Batman, Superman, Green Arrow, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern and others in addition to such Vertigo titles as Federal Bureau of Physics, Fables and others. The move will expand digital distribution of DC’s superhero periodicals. DC book format graphic novels and collected editions have been available via Google Play since 2013.
Hank Kanalz, DC senior v-p of Vertigo and integrated publishing, said the move marks DC’s commitment “to offering weekly and monthly periodicals to our readers on their preferred platform.”
