A Canoli Can Fix Anything - A Drabble

The tree fell over. Twice. We weighed it down in the back with rocks, concealed. Then our banister lights blew. Hubby originally brought four sets years ago so, although frustrating, easily fixed. We had no time for a homemade dinner - we ordered Chinese. The Christmas cards are piling up. I see the beauty but I see the stress in the Holiday season - a mixed bag. And all I can think about is our Christmas dinner. And the best bakery treats you have ever had. Especially the canolis. There is nothing in the world that a really good canoli cannot fix!
